These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyCityDirectory.in website and related services ("Platform") operated by Image Services ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1.1 "User" means any individual or entity using the Platform, including business owners and general visitors.
1.2 "Listing" refers to the business profile created on the Platform.
1.3 "Plans" refer to service packages (e.g., Free, Smart, Premium, Ad Plans) offered to Users.
1.4 "Content" includes all data, text, images, links, and other materials uploaded by Users.
1.5 "Verified Business" refers to profiles that have been reviewed and authenticated by the platform.
1.6 "Referral System" refers to the built-in functionality that tracks and rewards users who refer other businesses.
1.7 "Partner Integrations" includes tools like OTP verification, payment gateways, and analytics software used through third-party APIs.
1.8 "Term of Agreement" refers to the duration these terms are applicable – typically one (1) year from the date of profile creation or plan activation.
2.1 Users must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information during registration. Inaccurate or misleading data may lead to suspension or termination of services.
2.2 Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.
2.3 Users agree to immediately notify the Platform of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
3.1 Listings must contain factual and lawful content. Misleading, false, or offensive content will not be tolerated.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove listings that do not comply with our content guidelines or quality standards.
3.3 Profile URLs (e.g., mycitydirectory.in/username) are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and remain the property of the Platform.
4.1 Users retain ownership of their original content but grant the Platform a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute it for marketing, improvement, and SEO purposes.
4.2 Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to publish all uploaded content, including images, logos, and text.
4.3 The Platform is not liable for intellectual property violations arising from user-submitted content.
5.1 MyCityDirectory.in offers various service plans, including:

???? Smart Plan – Paid plans
???? Premium/Lifetime – One-time payment plans
???? Ad Plans – Includes Category Spotlight, Homepage Hero, Citywide Takeover
5.2 Paid plans are non-refundable once activated, unless otherwise mentioned in a separate refund policy.
5.3 Plan benefits, prices, and durations are subject to change with prior notice.
5.4 Upon expiration, users must renew their plan to continue accessing premium features.
5.5 Term of Agreement: These Terms are valid for one (1) year from the date of profile creation or plan activation.
5.6 The Company reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these plans, features, or pricing at any time in the future. Users will be informed of significant changes through email or platform notifications.
6.1 Users may invite other businesses to join via referral codes or links.
6.2 Rewards for successful referrals (if any) will be credited as per the Platform's latest reward policy.
6.3 Misuse of the referral system, including fake accounts or self-referrals, may lead to disqualification and suspension.
7.1 The Platform follows reasonable industry practices to secure user data using SSL, OTP authentication, and secure payment gateways.
7.2 User data is not sold to third parties but may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., SMS providers, payment processors).
7.3 The Company is not liable for data breaches caused by third-party services beyond our control.
8.1 The Platform is a digital tool for visibility and does not guarantee leads, revenue, or search engine rankings.
8.2 The Company is not liable for loss of business, reputation, or disputes arising from platform use.
8.3 Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
9.1 All branding, code, design elements, and platform structure are the intellectual property of Image Services.
9.2 Unauthorized copying, reverse-engineering, or use of platform components is strictly prohibited.
9.3 Legal action may be taken against violations of copyright or intellectual property laws.
10.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of any terms herein.
10.2 Suspended users forfeit any benefits or features previously offered, without refund.
10.3 Listings inactive for over 12 months may be removed.
11.1 The Platform uses third-party services like Razorpay, Firebase, and analytics providers. Users agree to their terms and policies.
11.2 We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or errors caused by these third-party tools.
12.1 Support is provided via WhatsApp, email, or ticket system, during working hours only.
12.2 The Platform may change, remove, or enhance features without prior notice.
12.3 All modifications to Terms will be notified via user email or in-dashboard announcements.
12.4 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with or without notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review the Terms periodically.
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Punjab, India.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patiala.
